What is your return policy? 30 Day return policy on resellable merchandise. If a product has been opened or there is an issue with it, please reach out. We’ll get a solution figured out.

How do I return an item? Give us a call, email, or chat ahead of time if at all possible. There might be some other solutions, if not we’ll give you a return number and an address to send it back to.

How long does it take to process a refund? Within 48 hours of receipt, but usually within hours of receiving it back.

Will I be refunded the full amount, including shipping? We will refund the amount of the order/product less the shipping on a new return. If there is another reason it is being returned we will handle on a case by case basis. 

If there is an issue with an order, please let us know and we will work with you to get it resolved promptly. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time? We have done a LOT of ecommerce. 95% of the time one of two things has happened: 1) Somebody brought it in without telling anyone, or 2) The USPS especially has a habit, especially during busy seasons, to scan something as delivered the day before it actually hits the mailbox. If you can give it an extra day after delivery to sees if it shows up, great. If you don’t want to do that, please reach out and we will figure out what is happening and will get you taken care of.
